At TreVista, one monthly rate includes a private apartment and all community amenities, plus personalized residential services. A one-time community fee is $3,500 is due upon move-in. Our simple, month-to-month rental agreement requires no long-term commitment and includes:

- Three delicious meals daily, plus anytime dining
- Daily activities to engage mind, body & spirit
- Weekly housekeeping & laundry
- Local transportation

- Frequent bus trips to foster community connections

Memory care
Monthly rates in our memory care community, The Villa, include all community amenities, plus a higher staff-to-resident ratio and personalized residential services. A one-time Community Fee of $3500 is due upon move-in. Our simple, month-to-month rental agreement requires no long-term commitment and includes:
- 24-hour professional staff with nurse supervision
- LifeCycles, our whole-person wellness program
- Nutritious daily meals with snacks available any time
- Engaging, reassuring activities, 7 days a week
- Weekly housekeeping & laundry
- Personal transportation & daily bus trips
- Utilities, basic cable TV & wireless Internet service
- Security & emergency call system
- Community events & support services for families
- Daily reminders & wellness checks
Monthly base rates start at $5,295.
Monthly level-of-care fees
Additional healthcare is available in both our assisted living community and in The Villas. Services include medication delivery, diabetic supervision and bathing or dressing assistance. Prior to moving, individuals are assessed to determine what healthcare services are needed to live successfully at TreVista. Individual healthcare services have a point value based on the time and level of expertise required to deliver the services. We offer eight levels of care. Level One is no additional fee, Level Two starts at an additional $525/month. Please speak with a TreVista representative for more detailed information.
