After becoming part of the Agemark Senior Living family in 2017, a multimillion-dollar renovation began. The renovation was completed in early 2020 and improved all of our community’s common areas. Our features include:

- An on-site bistro that serves anytime snacks and drinks.
- Recently renovated in-house beauty salon with a manicure station.
- Gorgeous common areas for residents to enjoy.

Executive Director
Alberto Maldonado
Alberto Maldonado joined the Agemark family as Executive Director of TreVista in Antioch in August 2020. He brings 14 years of Assisted Living experience including posts as an Executive Director, Sales Director, Resident Services Supervisor and Care Supervisor. His first role in the industry was as an Engaged Life Director, where he was responsible for creating and developing activity programs for the seniors in his care.
Alberto chose to join the Agemark and TreVista family after watching our growing success from afar. The company’s family values and focus on people as individuals, not just employees, was appealing to him. Alberto quickly found success within the company and his community, and TreVista in Antioch was named Agemark’s “Rising Star” community in 2021 and Alberto individually was named Agemark’s “Director of the Year” in 2022.
Prior to working in assisted living, Alberto was a physical education instructor and Curriculum Development for the Oakland Unified School District. He holds a bachelor’s degree in education as well as his RCFE and CDAL certifications.
Happily married with three daughters, Alberto is a huge San Francisco 49ers and Oakland A’s fan.
Wellness Assistant
Ifrana Azimun Nisha
Ifrana is our community Wellness Assistant. She enjoys spending time with our residents and making sure they are staying as active and healthy as they can be. She grew up with her grandparents and from there she got the passion to work in senior care.
She has been married to her wonderful husband Alias Abzal for 16 years and they have a son together, Aariz Abzal. She is also a proud Cat mom, his name is Salem. She was born in Fiji Islands and migrated to America with her grandparents. She loves to cook and also has a passion for decorating and organizing events and parties, mostly for her loved ones. She also likes to stay home, listen to her audible books and just hang out with her husband and kids.
