Executive Director
Siobhan Lehman
Siobhan Lehman took charge of TreVista in Concord in January 2022. She brings more than 25 years of experience in senior living to TreVista, previously serving in a variety of roles including Executive Director and Business Office Director as well as Community Relations, Marketing, Sales and Activities.
She grew up being especially close to her grandmother, and was inspired to pursue a career helping seniors in part due to their relationship. Siobhan enjoys serving the residents of TreVista and is especially motivated to ensure wellness for all in the community.
She earned a degree in Recreation and Leisure Studies from the California State University-Sacramento. She also holds her RCFE license. Siobhan has two college-aged children. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and outdoors – particularly, hiking, backpacking and kayaking.
Senior Living Consultant
Mike Bonifay
Mike Bonifay is the Senior Living Consultant at TreVista in Concord. Since 2021, he has worked closely with potential residents and families considering care for their loved ones.
Mike brings a well-rounded variety of experience to the TreVista team with all of his previous positions exhibiting a common thread – providing care and support for others. After spending 25 years as a paramedic throughout Northern California, in 2014, Mike transitioned to a care coordinator position at John Muir Health in Walnut Creek. It was in this role that he spent time in various senior living communities, including TreVista. His experience in our community, and witnessing TreVista’s welcoming, friendly and supportive environment prompted him to join our team. Now, he enjoys supporting families and residents who are contemplating the tough decision of choosing their next home. He recognizes the need for an honest and heartfelt approach to his role and works hard to ensure that TreVista is a wonderful fit for each and every resident who walks through our doors.
Mike and his wife, Wendy, have four grown sons and six grandchildren. In his free time, Mike enjoys boating, cooking, playing guitar and spending time with his family.
