Our amazing and dedicated team members are what make our community a true home. They understand the important difference between caring and giving care, and they hold true to our philosophy of treating people as beloved family.

Alberto Mandonado, Executive Director

Alberto Maldonado joined the Agemark family as Executive Director of TreVista in Antioch in August 2020. He brings 14 years of Assisted Living experience including posts as an Executive Director, Sales Director, Resident Services Supervisor and Care Supervisor. His first role in the industry was as an Engaged Life Director, where he was responsible for creating and developing activity programs for the seniors in his care.

Prior to working in assisted living, Alberto was a physical education instructor and Curriculum Development for the Oakland Unified School District. He holds a bachelor’s degree in education as well as his RCFE and CDAL certifications.

I think TreVista is an undiscovered gem in this area and I can’t wait to work to make our community the preeminent AL in the East County.”

Happily married with three daughters, Alberto is a huge San Francisco 49ers and Oakland A’s fan.
