Seniors: advance your digital skills and become tech-savvy! While technology can be incredibly helpful in our daily lives, its ever-changing nature can make it a bit daunting at times. With a little practice, these tech tips for seniors can help make using the internet, smartphones, email and social media safer and more enjoyable.
Workshops are totally free, are led by the YWCA of Berkeley and Oakland, and will be held the 4th Wednesday of each month from 9:30-11:00 a.m. at the Antioch Senior Center, 415 W. 2nd St. Antioch, CA. 94509. Each 90-minute workshop is focused on a specific digital topic and designed to be a 30-minute presentation with interactive walk-throughs and demonstrations. A personalized Q&A session will be offered at the end of each workshop and we encourage participants to bring their personal devices to help with troubleshooting.
